You've had nose filler. Can you still get nose surgery? 👀 Of course you can. Most nose fillers are hyaluronic acid fillers, but some of the filler often remains even after time has passed⚠️ If surgery is done while filler is still there, it can lead to ✔ A risk of inflammation ✔ Lumpy, uneven results ✔ Problems when placing an implant or cartilage We've summed it up in this video👃 A plastic surgeon explains nose surgery after nose filler📖

Of course it's possible. That said, most fillers used in the nose are hyaluronic acid fillers, and they're usually said to dissolve after about 6 months, but in reality, from what I've felt with my own hands,
and when I open up the nose in the operating room, there's always 10 to 20% still left in there. If you operate while there's still filler in there, not only is there a chance of inflammation,
but if you place an implant or insert cartilage with the filler still there, it could end up lumpy. Personally, I'd suggest that about 1 or 2 weeks before surgery, you get hyaluronidase, an injection that dissolves filler, ahead of time.
Or, if that's not practical or you're very sensitive to pain, you can get the filler-dissolving injection under sedation on the day of your nose surgery and then go ahead, and the surgery is completely doable.
