Video transcript

With noses, honestly, this goes back a long way, but back in the day, when people talked about the so-called “Gangnam nose,” a lot of them were ski-slope noses. The bridge wasn't very high, and the trend was to bring out just the tip as far as possible, slim and pointed. These days, though, there's what we call the straight line, where the line runs straight down from the bridge

and only the tip sits slightly higher. That straight line looks the most refined and natural, so it seems to be the most popular, and it's what a lot of patients ask for.
