What surgery do plastic surgeons find the hardest? 👀 Among revision surgeries, nose revision in particular is often highly difficult. That's because the more revisions there are, the worse the tissue adhesions become and the harder it is just to separate the tissue⚠️ A plastic surgeon explains why nose revision surgery is so difficult📖 ✔ Why it gets harder with each revision ✔ Why fused (adhered) tissue is risky ✔ Why nose revision is so challenging We've summed it all up in this video👃

The hardest surgery... I think most board-certified plastic surgeons would agree on this one, among revision surgeries, nose revision is probably the most difficult. It's not just one revision. There are a lot of cases with a third, a fourth, even a fifth revision or more, and when you go inside a nose that's had a lot of revisions,
we often say the tissue is badly adhered, all clumped together into one mass. It's hard to separate and doesn't stretch well, so it's definitely one of the hardest surgeries.
