Completely, well... If you mean truly 100%, with both sides matching like a mirror image, I think that's God's territory, so I'd say it's impossible.
Everyone's cheekbones differ in angle, width and so on, so no one is perfectly symmetrical. Of course, to balance things out surgically, with lifting, for example, we might lift the saggier side a little more,
and we make efforts like that, but asymmetry in the facial bones, honestly, unless you have contouring surgery, is hard to fix. Contouring surgery can resolve some of the asymmetry in the facial bones to a degree,
but even so, a plastic surgeon who can guarantee 100% symmetry? I don't think there's any such surgeon.
