is something you can start doing from your very first years of training, so that's usually what people call the easiest surgery. But even with the suture method, every person is different, like how much of an epicanthal fold they have or how thick their skin is. There are a lot of factors to consider,
so once you're actually doing it, it can become a pretty difficult surgery.
