Is there a type of person you wouldn't recommend plastic surgery to? Hmm, when anyone can see, and even I, as a board-certified plastic surgeon, can see that the current shape looks great and there's nothing to find fault with, but they want something improved a little more,
or want a certain shape refined in even finer detail, I really do try to talk them out of it. You're already beautiful, and with any surgery, the more you go on to a second or third surgery, the higher the chance of side effects, and it's not easy to get a dramatic change that's worth all that trouble.
So if, in my eyes too, the current shape is pretty and looks good, I'll say, “You look great right now. Let's think it over a little more,” and I do tend to try to persuade them like that.
