Does dieting have anything to do with plastic surgery? Whether or not you diet doesn't make or break your plastic surgery results. Because even if you diet and lose weight, the fat on your upper eyelids might go down a little,
but things like how much of an epicanthal fold you have or anatomical structures, like the cartilage that makes up your nose, don't change. So there's no difference in the surgical results. But with any cosmetic surgery, when your face gets slimmer, it's naturally going to look prettier,
so it's fine to diet after plastic surgery, or to get plastic surgery once you've already slimmed down.
